This series is a perfect entry level program designed to create an environment where young children ages 5-7 years old will learn to have fun playing tennis.  Students will learn to properly hold the rack, play games, and develop eye hand coordination.  This program will introduce the forehand and backhand, along with proper footwork and movement.  We use the USTA endorsed Quickstart Tennis http://consumers.quickstarttennis.com recommendations such as: 36’ and 60’ courts, lower nets, low compression and foam balls, and most importantly size appropriate rackets.  Our expert coaching staff prides itself on being able to make sure that all players have fun, learn to play rally-ball games, display proper etiquette and respect for the game, court, coaches and self.  The Quickstart classes will be for one hour held weekly at West Valley College.
