Rainy Day Procedure

 

Call 408-242-5559 for court status.  Please do not call more than an hour prior to clinic.  Allison will either answer the phone or have court status updated on the greeting.  We do not cancel a clinic until 30 minutes prior to scheduled time.  If courts are dry, clinic is on regardless of the forecast.

Many times it may be wet at one site and dry at another.  For example if it is wet at West Valley, but dry at SCU, clinic would be held at SCU.  This would not be considered a rain out day for any player. 

Rain out policy for Flex Plan users

The Eagle Fustar rain policy for our Flex Plan 2 and Flex Plan 3 users is that you will not receive make up days for the following week or month if you are not able to come to the 2 alloted clinics per week.  In order to protect our 10 pack paying customers who are paying a premium for the utmost flexibility ($55 per clinic compared to $33 per clinic for FP2), it is important to understand that a Flex Plan is not a 9 pack (or a 13 pack for FP3).  If a player is on a Flex plan, the player has 7 days to come out to 2 clinics. This is a fairly large window to come out to 2 clinics.  It is important to keep an eye on the weather forecast and do your best to come out to days that are looking to be dry.  Even in cases where one or two clinics are missed in one month for the Flex Plan, the FP paying customers will still get a better rate per clinic than the 10 pack paying customers.  In case of extreme circumstances, such as continuos rain for 5 or 6 days straight, we will be flexible and will accommodate on an individual basis.
