MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE TENNIS

Eagle Fustar expands into West Valley College!!! (July 14th 2008)

We are excited to announce that beginning August 30th 2008, Eagle Fustar will be running its high intensity clinics at West Valley College. Equipped with a superb tennis facility, West Valley is a convenient and well known location to Saratoga residents and surrounding neighborhoods. This location will be in addition to our already outstanding facilities at Santa Clara University and Mission College

The purpose of adding another location is to meet the increasing demand for specialized high end training provided by Eagle Fustar. The current clinic structure will not change. Our focus will continue to be on intermediate to advanced level players and providing these players with the best possible training in the Bay Area.

We will offer training 5 days a week at West Valley College.  The workouts will be on Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 4:30pm-7:00pm.  Saturday will run from 10:30am-1:00pm and Sunday will be 1:00pm-3:30pm.  Programs we currently offer such as Flex Plans, Drop-in Rates, and All-Access monthly passes will still be available.

We are still devising the full spectrum of clinics that will be offered in the Fall.  There will be additional information in the coming days and weeks right here on our website.  We know some you will find this new location to be even more convenient and we hope that you will let your fellow tennis friends know we are coming to West Valley College.

Introducing Flex Plan-2 and Flex Plan-3

We are happy to unveil our new Flex Plans which are effective as of May 1st.  These plans are now replacing the mini-plans and are much more player (and parent) friendly. These plans are a monthly plan similar to the existing mini-plans, but now, you have complete flexibility in the days you come, from week to week!

There is a 2 day plan (Flex Plan-2), and a 3 day plan (Flex Plan-3). Let's say you have a player that wants to come twice a week, or a player that wants to commit to 3 times a week. Sign up for the appropriate Flex Plan (2 or 3 day) at the beginning of the month. Begin by attending whatever 2 or 3 days you want to in the first week. Then the next week, attend another 2 or 3 days of your choice, and so on. The most flexible part of the plan is that the 2 or 3 days don't have to be the same week to week. For example, if you're on a 2 day Flex Plan, you can come out for Monday and Saturday clinics in one week, then Friday and Sunday the next week. You just need to use your days each week as unused days do not roll over to the next week. Whether you attend two or three hour clinic days is up to you, just pick the days you want to attend. Space your days out, or do them in a row. Get the training you want, when you want it.

How do we keep track?
Obviously, each month doesn't start with the same day of the week, so we have to clarify just what exactly one week is:

Week #1 1st-7th of month
Week #2 8th-14th of month
Week #3 15th-21st of month
Week #4 22nd-28th of month
So, for each week (#1-4), you can attend either 2 or 3 times based on your plan.
But what about those extra days in the month? Well, for the days of the 29th, 30th, and 31st, you may come out to 1 additional clinic.

In Flex Plan-3, a player would be able to come out 13 times total (3 times per each of 4 weeks, and once during the last 3 days of month).
In Flex Plan-2, a player would be able to come out 9 times during the month.

We hope that you enjoy the flexibility that these new plans allow for. Both of these plans give the player the opportunity to get in many hours of training each month. Our goal is to be able to have our players come out more often and keep their existing budget!

Nick heading off to Dubai (Feb 19th 2008)

As you may know, Nick is off to Dubai with professional player Michael McClune.  McClune has been invited to train with Roger Federer for two weeks in the United Arab Emirates.  Nick will be on the court daily with McClune while he is training with Federer.  Roger is getting ready to play Indian Wells and Miami, which are the first Super 9 events of the year. Michael is getting ready for a stretch of Challenger tournaments in the United states after he competes in the qualifying tournament of Indian Wells.

Blog:

We are having some trouble with the Yahoo Blog server.  It looks like there's a bit of an issue and with Eagle Fustar being new to blogging, we're not sure if we can fix it in time for the conclusion of the Dubai trip.  We know you guys were enjoying the reading, and we will make sure to continue posting on travels with McClune as soon as we can sort out the problem.

See you guys Monday!

Inaugural Boot Camp Week proves to be a success!! (Jan 29th 2008)

SCU courts at 4:47am Tuesday, January 22nd

Congratulations to some of the top players at Eagle Fustar for getting through a tough boot camp week from January 21st to January 25th.  Five of our players Malavika Padmanabhan, Srinidhi Raghavan, Samuel Ling, Michael McGinnis and Eric Johnson sacrificed sleep and put forth the ultimate dedication in preparation for the Junior Excellence.  With the idea of peaking for Excellence, the players regimen was to be at the courts from 5am-7am rain or shine five days in a row before school!!!  They then followed up the morning workouts with clinics in the afternoon when it wasn't raining after school.  Eric and Srinidhi responded beautifully by winning Seascape.

EF Brings Home the Hardware from Seascape (Jan 28th 2008)

Congratulations to Eric Johnson on bringing home his first two Boys 18s trophies, winning both 18 singles and doubles at the Seascape Open. In his semi-final match, after being down 7-1, Eric won the third set tiebreaker 11-9, and in the final match won again in a third set tiebreaker, 10-8. Way to battle Eric!

Not wanting the EF girls to be out shined by the boys, Srinidhi Ragahavan brought home her first trophy for a G16 tournament, also taking the top prize at Seascape. Srinidhi's final match was a dominant 6-0, 6-0 win over her opponent.

Also at Seascape, unseeded Christopher Wen won some big matches, including easily defeating the #2 seed, to reach the finals of the B14s.

No doubt Usha Raman would have brought home the top trophy in G12s if her finals match would not have fallen victim to the rain. Unseeded as well, Usha handily defeated the #2 seed to get into the finals berth.

Over at the Fremont Challenger, Roupen Arzoumanian posted a great result by reaching the finals of the B18's division.

Congratulations EF players on these outstanding results in every age group!

New Year off to great start for Eagle Fustar (Jan 14th 2008)

Eagle Fustar players dominated in the boys results column of the recent Stockton Open. Congratulations to Samuel Ling - Winner of Boys 18s, Jimmy Manning - Finalist in Boys 16s, and Timothy Tan - Winner of Boys 14s!  Well done!

Eagle Fustar Academy shines at Prince Cup (Dec 19th 2007)

Eagle Fustar put up some impressive team and individual results at Prince Cup VIII, which was held at the Nick Bolletieri Tennis Academy in Bradenton, Florida.  Competing against 12 top national junior tennis academies in the country, Eagle Fustar placed 4th after a tough fought match on the final day of competition against Mike Wolf Tennis Academy who placed 3rd overall.

On Day 1, Eagle Fustar played a fantastic match in the morning to dispatch Lifetime Tennis 11-1.  Led by Karthik Dhore, who posted a 6-0, 6-0 victory at 14's singles, Eagle Fustar simply outmatched Lifetime.

In the afternoon a true battle ensued as Bill Clark's Tennis Academy from Florida matched up very evenly with the Eagle Fustar squad.  An electric atmosphere was created as 8 singles matches were played on clay.  Giannina Ong posted a very impressive 6-1, 6-4 victory at 12's singles, which was her first time ever stepping foot on clay!  With the match score being 4-3 to Bill Clark, Eric Johnson lost the 2nd set of his match for the match to go into a 3rd set.  However, there weren't any lights on the clay courts so the match got pushed to a lit hard court.  Johnson responded beautifully and took care of business against Zach McCourt to level the match at 4-4. In the doubles, Michael McGinnis and Austin Andres were put in a very difficult situation where they needed to win against a very tough doubles team for Bill Clark.  On the other side of the net was Brennan Boyajian, the #3 ranked player in the country in boys 18's.  Playing flawless doubles, Andres and McGinnis breezed through the 8 game pro-set 8-3.  It was Boyajian's only loss of the weekend. The 14's and 12's doubles proved to be too tough for Johnson/Hsu and Nikolic/Ong as both teams went down 8-5 and 9-8, respectfully.  Sophie Chang and Srinidhi Raghavan posted a solid 8-5 victory and the dual match was tied at 6-6.  With the match hanging on the balance of one match supertiebreaker, Michael McGinnins and Srinidhi Raghavan absorbed all the pressure that was applied to them and pulled it out for the entire team.  Their flawless play and strategy resulted in a 10-5 victory, which catapulted the team to a 7-6 victory against a very tough Bill Clark team.

On Day 2, Eagle Fustar breezed through the first match of the day against Trent Tucker.  Eric Johnson proved to be too tough for Omar Aly in the boys 18's and posted a 6-1, 7-6 victory.  Andres and McGinnis continued to dominate doubles and Sophie Chang continued her dominant ways in singles.

In the 2nd match of the day, Eagle Fustar squared off against defending champions T Bar M from Dallas Texas. In a much tightly contested battle than the score reveals, Eagle Fustar went down 9-3.  Victories were posted by Andres/McGinnis in the 18's/16's doubles, Eric Johnson in the Boys 14's singles (big time win over Shane Vinsant, ranked #5 in country), and by David "the assassin" Hsu in the boys 12's.  David was an inspiration for the entire team as he fought through every match, showed incredible resilience, and earned the utmost respect from every team that was faced.

In the 3rd match of the day, MAC Bollitieri proved to be no match for Eagle Fustar as they were dispatched 10-2.  Impressive results flowed all night especially from Sophie Chang.  Sophie played near perfect tennis in a 6-0, 6-0 rout.

On Day 3, Eagle Fustar was pitted against a tough team from Mike Wolf Tennis Academy in Kansas City.  The entire team showed great spirit and fight after a grueling first two days of competition.  The team was pushed physically, emotionally, and mentally.  Every team member responded beautifully and coach Nick Fustar had the following words. "I'm proud of absolutely everyone today.  These kids proved to me that they are truly amazing people.  I'm proud to have them represent our Academy in the way that they did today".

After the doubles matches were split, the dual match went into it's 8 singles matches and everyone was in for a battle.  Michael McGinnis, who played fantastic tennis all weekend long, routinely took care of business at the 16's position.  Battling physical exhaustion, David Hsu had to dig deep to come out victorious at the 12's position.  Also showing great resilience was Giannina Ong, who battled through a tough situation to earn a point for Eagle Fustar in the G12's position.  Sophie Chang continued her impressive ways with a rout of highly ranked Meagan Matter in the G18's.

With the dual match tied at 6-6, once again the entire match held in the balance of one super tiebreaker.  In a very valiant and courageous effort, Giannina Ong and David Hsu lost a heart breaking decider 10-7.

"The kids fought so hard for us today.  Giannina and Dave did a super job fighting for their teammates and should be proud of themselves.  They got a bit unlucky and things unfortunately didn't go their way.  They both are great players and have very bright futures ahead of them.  I want to take this opportunity to thank all of my players for representing our program with great class.  I'm very happy to have them make a national name for themselves and our program", said Nick Fustar after a tough 7-6 defeat to Mike Wolf in the 3rd/4th place match.

In the final, T Bar M of Texas won their 2nd straight Prince Cup. This time, they defeated the hosts IMG Bolletieri 7-6. The match was decided by one super tiebreaker in the 14's mixed doubles.

Eagle Fustar will be traveling to Austin, Texas in March to compete at the final Prince Cup of the 07'-08' Trilogy.  The overall winner of the 3 Prince Cups is going to Rome, Italy to compete at the international cup.  The standings for the Race to Rome are as follows: 1. T Bar M, Texas 99pts, 2. IMG Bolletieri, Florida 85.5pts, 3. Mike Wolf, Missouri 83pts, 4. Eagle Fustar, California 71.5pts, 5. St. Stephens, Texas 56pts, 6. Bill Clark, Florida 47pts, 7. Trent Tucker, Oklahoma 46pts.

Eagle Fustar is excited to announce the invitation of our academy to compete in the Prince Cup VIII, which will be held at the Nick Bollettieri Tennis Academy in Bradenton, Florida on Dec 6th - Dec 9th.  Prince Cup is an event which brings together the top Prince Plugged-In Academies from all over the country to compete against each other. This is team tennis at its best, a very high level competition of top national players with coaching allowed. The format is quite exciting as each academy brings in players to represent Boys and Girls Divisions in ages 12s, 14s, 16s, and 18s, and competes in both singles and doubles.

Mike Wolf Tennis Academy of K.C.,  MAC Tennis Academy of Manchester, Ma., and
Lifetime Tennis Academy of Minneapolis. We will be seeded #2 in our group and #4 overall.  Our plan is to bring our best tennis and beat our 4th place finish at Prince Cup VII, where we lost our final match to the Bolettierri Academy of Bradenton in a very close score of 7-5. We look forward to that re-match. We hope you will join us in wishing your fellow Eagle Fustar players the best of luck and great tennis as they represent us in Florida

The next Prince Cup will be held in March 08 at the St. Stephens Academy in Austin, TX.  We will be holding playoff matches to see which Eagle Fustar players will go to this event.  If you are interested in playing the Prince Cup event, please e-mail Allison so that we can put you up for consideration.

Eagle Fustar posts strong wins at Prince Cup VII:

It was another great competitive experience for Eagle Fustar players at the Prince Cup hosted by the Mike Wolf Tennis Academy in Overland Park, Kansas. Top national players from all over the country came to represent their academy, providing every EF player with extraordinary playing opportunities along with the spirit of team tennis. EF was represented by Austin Andres, Samuel Ling, Eric Johnson and Michael Nguyen on the boys side, while Jocelyn Davis, Mika Padmanabhan, Maya Monico, and Isabella Monico provided the EF girl power. Over the course of the competition, Isabella posted a perfect singles record, while Eric won every doubles match with his tenacious partner Michael, and dropped only one singles match, losing to top ranked Jack Sock from Nebraska in the first round.

After a tough team loss against a strategic host club on the first day, Eagle Fustar came roaring back the following day stronger and ready to play, with solid victories over both St. Stephen's from Texas, and the MAC/Bollettieri Academy out of Massachusetts. In addition to their wins that day, Austin and Samuel demonstrated great leadership, keeping the team charged and determined. Mika and Maya delivered not only wins for EF, but also brought passion and toughness to every match.

Sunday's final match against the Bollettieri Academy from Bradenton, Florida brought the most intense competition of the weekend. Samuel, Jocelyn and Eric delivered the first singles wins, keeping the match score even between the two academies. Next, it appeared that Isabella's clean sweep of singles was in jeopardy when she was down 5-1 in the third set. With the EF team cheering her on, she pulled out everything she had and won the match, bringing her Prince Cup record to 4-0 in singles. Eric and Michael added another tally in the win column with their doubles match, but it just wasn't enough, as the Bollettieri Academy team inched out that final victory, with a painfully close score of  7 matches to 5.

It was an incredible few days for the Eagle Fustar Team. It provided a brief look ahead to the days of college tennis, where winning is made even sweeter when done not only for yourself but also the team, and the hurt of a loss doesn't stick around as long with your teammates there for support (and good spirited harassment). The coaches and players at EF would like to thank Prince and the Mike Wolf Academy for the great competition. And as Arnold said so eloquently, "We'll be back."

Footwork Clinics:

We are very pleased to offer a weekly group footwork session.  The high intensity footwork clinic will run on Wednesdays at 5:30pm-6:00pm at SCU.  Following a summer packed with tournament play, the fall is the perfect time to gain some speed, agility, and balance.  Clinic will follow immediately. Cost of the footwork is $15 per session or $65 for a 5 pack.

Fall schedule:

It's back to school time and our clinics will be fairly similar to last fall.  We will be offering new mini-plans this September.  The mini-plans will be Monday/Thursday, and Tuesday/Friday.  The Mon/Thu mini plan will consist of the Monday clinic at 6:00pm-8:00pm at SCU and will be paired with the Thursday clinic at 4:30-7:30 at Mission College.  The Tue/Fri mini plan will consist of the Tuesday clinic at 5:45-8:45 at SCU and will be paired with the Friday clinic at 4:30pm-7:30pm at Mission College. There are going to be two locations for clinics on Thursday.  The Mon/Thu mini-plans must come to Mission College and the 10 pack customers or drop-ins may come to either clinic.  Both clinics on Thursdays will be "high-level" clinics as top players will be attending on both sites. Please scroll through the September schedule and don't hesitate to contact us regarding any questions.

Congratulations to Michael McClune for winning Kalamazoo Boys 18's

Eagle Fustar would like to congratulate Michael McClune for a fine summer that concluded on Tuesday, August 28th following a first round loss at the US OPEN to 20th seed Juan Ignacio Chela.  McClune fought hard in the third set where he had 7 set points, but the top 25 ranked player Chela fought him off. The final score was 6-1, 6-2, 7-6.

McClune earned the wild card for the US Open following a win at the Boys 18's Supernational in Kalamazoo.  In the final, McClune defeated fellow Southern Californian Ryan Thatcher in 4 sets 6-1, 2-6, 6-4, 6-2.  It was a long 10 days for Michael as he proved he was the top junior in the country.

Next for Michael are the Southern California futures, where he looks to better his ATP ranking of 614.  Since working with Fustar in April, McClune has made significant progress in the rankings and continues to work on his goal of making the Australian Open Qualifying in January of 2008.

Pair of wins for Eric Johnson:

Congratulations to Eric Johnson for winning the Boys 14's national open in Southern California.  Johnson ended June by winning the Saratoga Open 16s, and 6 days later started July off with a bang by winning the Long Beach national open in Boys 14's. Unseeded in the Long Beach national, Eric had to work his way through many of the country's top 14's players to take home the gold medal. Congrats Eric!

Summer Schedule 07':

The summer schedule has been posted through July.  There are a lot of different programs and options.  Please call Nick or Brian to have any questions answered regarding the summer.  SUMMER SCHEDULE

New 6 week footwork session set for Monday, April 23rd:

We will be doing a new set of 6 weeks for the footwork session starting Monday, April 23rd at 7:00pm.  The sessions will run every Monday after clinic at 7:00pm.  Overall, we've been getting great reviews from juniors about the inaugural 6 week session presented by Optimal Fitness.  The diverse fitness sessions have been helping our players gain more explosiveness, quickness, and agility.  The new sessions will go over the same drills and provide new techniques to improve footwork.  The 6 week session will be $145 and the drop in rate will be $30 for the 75 minute session.  These sessions come highly recommended by a variety of college coaches and athletes.

Eagle Fustar wraps up Prince Cup with a win over Trent Tucker

The Eagle Fustar team earned a 4th place finish at Prince Cup VI held at St. Stephen's in Austin, Texas.  After an exhausting 2nd day of action, EF showed it's mental toughness in a tough 10-2 victory over Trent Tucker Tennis Academy of Tulsa, OK. Trent Tucker had a rough obstacle to overcome since they finished their 2nd day at 1:30am and had only 4 hrs of sleep before their 8:00am match with Eagle Fustar.  In spite of the loss, the Tulsa, OK academy showed tremendous spirit and were emotionally led by their 14 year old Evan McElwain.

Overall, the trip was a great experience for EF players as they learned the ropes of team tennis.  Every single player got a taste of what awaits them in Division I college tennis.

All of EF would like to thank Prince and St. Stephen's Academy for putting this all together. Special thanks to Ken Merritt from Prince and Dustin Franzen of St Stephen's Tennis Academy for doing a wonderful job making this happen.

Eagle Fustar comes back strong on 2nd day of Prince Cup:

The Eagle Fustar team showed excellent resiliency and true mental toughness on the second day of the Prince Cup Event in Austin, TX. Following a tough loss to T Bar M of Dallas, TX, Eagle Fustar dominated El Paso Youth with a 8-4 victory in the morning.  In the afternoon, EF defeated the hosts, Saint Stephen's Tennis Academy in a 7-5 epic.

After dropping all 4 doubles matches to Saint Stephen's, Eagle Fustar was in a very difficult situation.  Resiliency was the key, as seven out of eight singles matches were needed in order to win the match.  Once again, EF was led by their top guns Austin Andres and Sophie Chang, each posting tough victories against Nationally ranked opponents in the 18's division.  The 16's came out strong with Michael McGinnis and Allison Hsia winning in straight sets.  McGinnis showed great poise and confidence as he defeated a tough grinder in Chris Dean.  EF proved to be too strong for Saint Stephen's in the 14's division, where Vynnie Kong and Eric Johnson both won in straight sets.  Johnson showed tremendous leadership as he inspired his teammates with a 6-4, 6-0 win over a highly ranked Chase Curry.  It was one of the best matches Johnson has ever played.  In the 12's division, Michael Nguyen lost a tough 6-3, 6-1 decision over a seasoned nationally ranked 12's player Carlitos DiLaura.

With the match score being 6-5, Eagle Fustar needed to win the only match left on the court.  It was the girls 12's division where Wendi "the rock" Kong was battling Natalie Figueroa.  Under tremendous pressure and cheering by a highly partisan crowd of around 50 people, Wendy earned her nick-name with an unbelievable display of mental toughness throughout the match. The crowd did not phase her as she thrived in the pressure situation.  She came through for all of Eagle Fustar with an impressive 6-4, 7-5 victory, which finalized an epic comeback.

Prince Cup opening ceremony

Eagle Fustar loses heartbreaker in opening round of Prince Cup:

Tournament Format:  There are 9 total Academies represented in the top flight (The A Flight).  Within the A Flight, there are 3 separate groups of 3 teams, all of them competing in a group round robin.  The 3 winning teams of their group round robin will go on to the Prince Cup Flight (chance for 1st, 2nd, 3rd).  The 2nd place finishers in their groups will advance to the "4th, 5th, 6th" flight, and the last place team will advance to the "7th, 8th, 9th" flight.

Match Format: The Challenge cup is contested in a team dual format.  Each team will compete in 8 singles matches (B12,B14, B16, B18, G12, G14, G16, G18) and 4 doubles matches (G12/14, B12/14, G16/18, B16/18).  You need 7 individual matches to win a dual match.  In the event of a 6-6 tie, the match will be decided by a mixed doubles super tiebreaker.

It was quite an opening match for the Eagle Fustar squad at the Prince Cup in Austin, TX.  With an unusual format and a great team atmosphere, Eagle Fustar fell in a 7-6 decision to 3 time winner of the Prince Cup, T-Bar-M academy from Dallas. EF started slow and dropped 3 out of 4 doubles matches to go down 3-1.  T-Bar-M took a quick 5-1 lead when Shane Vinsant (TB) defeated Eric Johnson (EF) 6-1, 6-1 and Blake Myrin (TB) defeated Michael Nguyen (EF).  Next off the court was Eddie Herr winner Mitchell Krueger (TB) when he defeated Michael McGinnis 6-3, 7-5.  With the score being 6-1 in favor of T-Bar-M, Eagle Fustar needed to win the remaining 5 singles matches to force a Mixed doubles Super tiebreaker.  Austin Andres (EF) was first off the court with a tough fought 6-3, 4-6, 6-3 win over Stuart Kepler (TB).  Wendi Kong followed with impressive 6-1, 6-0 win and suddenly the match was getting tight.  Sophie Chang (EF) played an incredible match and defeated the #8 G18's National Player Kristen Rafael 6-4, 6-2, which put the match into Vynnie Kong's (EF) and Allison Hsia's hands.  Allison followed Sophie's win with a 6-2, 2-6, 6-2 triumph in the 16's while Vynnie responded beautifully as she battled Kelly Anderson(TB) and pulled off a 6-2, 4-6, 6-2 victory.  The atmosphere was electric as both teams had their own cheers. Great overall team intensity was on display all day.  With the match balanced at 6-6, Austin Andres and Sophie Chang (EF) went up against ITF Orange Bowl Doubles Winner Jessica Alexander and her partner Stuart Kepler.  In a tremendously exciting opportunity, the EF duo went down 10-4 in a super tiebraker to drop the match 7-6.  It was a tough, heartbreaking loss, but the squad is looking to rebound tomorrow against El Paso. Full scorecard is below.

More Footwork clinic info (Updated Feb. 27th):

The second footwork clinic was executed yesterday indoors in the Leavey center due to inclement weather.  A lot of lateral movement combined with explosiveness was covered.  It was evident that we can definitely improve technical skills to further our explosiveness, agility, and ultimately speed.  The third session will focus more on the core abdominal region.  This is a very important aspect of training for tennis players as a lot of our movements require a strong core.  Expect to use medicine balls and definitely expect to be sore the following day. Click here for more info

As a reminder, the footwork clinics will be RAIN OR SHINE. If it rains, we will be meeting in front of the Leavey center where we enter for restrooms. See you Monday's at 4:45.

March schedule posted:

The March schedule has been posted.  Please note that all footwork sessions will be rain or shine since we have the indoor Leavey center available.  See you guys there.

Footwork clinic info:

The first footwork clinic proved to be highly important as we learned various massage and stretching techniques.  Along with lateral work and speed ladder utilization, we also learned how to do a proper dynamic warm-up.  Correct training techniques were discussed. We highly urge everyone to utilize this fantastic opportunity every Monday at 4:45pm.

"The session was very important as we start to build up for some serious training in the weeks to come.  It is a 6 week program and I felt like the kids worked on important movement technique that they can take with them to tournaments.  They started with a pretty simple workout since footwork technique is extremely important.  We will be doing progressively tougher workouts and look forward to making you guys work hard with the techniques learned. "- Nick Fustar  Click here for more info
